Cooking “Korean Mom” food in the Kitchen/ residence at Bennett Media Studio.
Ellie Kang of the Music Institite of NY convinced her Mom to lead a live demonstration of classic Korean cooking for 30 people on a lovely sunday afternoon. We had cooking, live music and a Yut Game all unfold.
The class featured a menu of: Pajun, Baan Chaan, Kimchee, and Galbi. We had lots of families, and some of Ellie’s Violin students were there with parents.
