Part of Samsung’s Holiday in July was a two 3000 pound ice sculptures, created by Okamoto Studio in Brooklyn. The ice setup began at 5:45am on Wednesday and Thursday. They built the sculpture from pre cut and shaped blocks right in the living room. After the cocktail party on Wednesday, they took down down the sculpture and started again on Thursday morning. With over 20 trips up the elevator, you could say that was a lot of ice.

Set up in the morning

The ice sculpture fully set up. The sculpture included Samsung products frozen in the ice as presents. Samsungs mp3 player, the pebble, even started as Christmas tree ornaments.

While the room was a bit chilly, it created quite the atmosphere with in the living room.
