Bennett Media Studio hosted an artist’s talk with multi-media artist, Carla Ganis, on Sunday March 8 2009. Ganis discussed how her Jezebels personify, through an artistic process of digital collage and appropriation, the mythology, history and steoreotypes that have shaped and defined feminity within our collective unconsciousness for many generations. In addition to the artist talk and multi-media presentation, many of Gannis’s print works were on view in the studio as well.
